Refund policy

At J Signature Scent, we take pride in providing authentic, hand-filled fragrance decants. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are subject to the following policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unopened fragrance decants.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Once reviewed, we may offer, at our discretion:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Fragrance Expectations

Fragrance is highly subjective. Because scent preferences vary from person to person, we cannot issue refunds based on:

Personal preference
Disliking a fragrance
Performance expectations
Projection
Longevity
Skin chemistry

We encourage customers to purchase smaller sizes first when trying a fragrance for the first time.

Authenticity

All fragrances sold by J Signature Scent are sourced from authentic retail bottles unless otherwise clearly stated.

Our products are independently hand-decanted into premium atomizers.

J Signature Scent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any fragrance manufacturer, designer brand, or trademark owner.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the fragrance contained within each decant.
